Wake up and enjoy an Weekend All Day Breakfast cooked to order. All our rooms include full cooked breakfast or just drop in for a healthy start to the day. Bottomless tea and coffee, cereals, muesli, toast, fruit, pastries, bacon, eggs, tomatoes and hash browns – and that is without the Weekend All Day Breakfast until 3pm with Eggs Benedict, Omelettes and pancakes.

Need something different than the usual café's? Quaife's Restaurant at the Hughenden is now open for A la carte lunch with a selection ranging from sandwiches and light meals to Beef Tenderloin or pan fried Tasmanian Salmon.

With a seasonal menu changing to best utilise the highest quality local produce, A la carte dinner at the Hughenden is an experience like none other. Victorian style dishes keep the heritage and history of the building while providing modern tastes with the best dishes from all over the world. The whole Baby Spatchcock or our Slow Cooked Lamb Shank Pie are dishes you will not soon forget. Finish off the experience with our homemade Apple Crumble or the unforgettable Passionfruit Soufflé.

Running from Mother's Day to Father's Day each year, the Hughenden High Tea is one you won't soon forget. Bring the kids and the dog and relax under the Liquid Amber trees lining Queen Street and enjoy a relaxed three course High Tea. Start with finger sandwiches and savoury tarts; homemade scones, jam and clotted cream and finish with a selection of sweet treats. All while enjoying bottomless tea and coffee or you can select a beverage from the Hughenden Cellar. Available year round for functions of 20 people or more, see our Functions for more details.
